Kawartha Kids Ride for Charity
Each year a group of dedicated motorcycle enthusiasts plan a motorcycle ride to raise funds for the kids involved with the Kawartha-Haliburton Children's Aid Society. Last year the group raised $7500.00 for the children. This year the ride will take place on Saturday June 7th and will leave Captain's Restaurant located on Hwy. 35 just south of Lindsay at 11:00am. It will be a poker run and there will be lots of prizes, music and fun. If you are interested in participating in this years ride please contact William Hancock at 705-324-2763.
